They come together in just a few minutes, making them a convenient snack option for unexpected guests. Additionally, they make fantastic additions to salads, charcuterie boards, and can be served as delightful hors d'oeuvres at any type of gathering.

Serving: 4-6 people
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 container of grape tomatoes (you can also use cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 5 ounce package Boursin cheese (you will have some leftover)

Directions:

  1. Wash the grape tomatoes thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Slice off the top & bottom of each tomato. This will create a flat base for the tomatoes to stand on without rolling.
  3. Use a knife and twist the inside of the tomato carefully to clean space for the cheese.
  4. Put the Boursin into a piping bag or a plastic bag that you can cut off the end to make a pipe.
  5. Using the piping bag, carefully fill each grape tomato with the Boursin cheese. You can gently press down on the cheese to ensure it's evenly distributed.  Enjoy!
