Stuffed jalapenos are a popular choice for many, often either deep-fried or with the entire jalapeno stuffed, which can be a bit challenging. I've come up with a unique, easier twist that doesn't compromise on flavor. This dish is a fantastic addition to a football party or any gathering, and it also serves as a delectable appetizer for family get-togethers. It's a savory bite that's sure to please everyone's palate!
Serving: 4-6 people

- 6 jalapenos
- 6 little smokies , sliced in half lengthwise
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 6 slices of bacon
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Prepare the jalapenos by slicing each in half lengthwise and removing the seeds & vein.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and place jalapenos on the sheet.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese into each jalapenos. Make sure to not overstuff. Depending on the side of the jalapenos, put about 2 teaspoons into each jalapeno.
