Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or a blend of your favorite cheeses)

Directions:
