Pizza Biscuits

This dish is both playful and adaptable because you can utilize various muffin pans; for instance, during Halloween, I used a skull-shaped pan. For Valentine's Day, heart-shaped molds could be used, and for Easter, bunny-shaped ones. The recipe allows for individual portions, as I've done here, or you can opt for a larger single dish for sharing. Pair these yummy creations with a Caesar or Italian salad, and you'll have the perfect meal that will leave everyone craving for more.

Serving size: 4-6 people
Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of biscuits
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni or any meats and topping
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease your favorite mold pan or like mine- Skulls for Halloween
  3. Take 3 biscuits and mash together then flatten out. You can use a rolling pin if needed.
  4. Place in each mold.  Make sure to leave some of the biscuit out of the mold so you can seal it after you fill it.
  5. Add shredded cheese, sauce and pepperoni. Repeat until the mold is almost full.
  6. Fold in to cover the mold. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 22-25  minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool. Then remove from the pan and enjoy!
