I have a strong affinity for stuffed turkey or chicken burgers because they inject flavor and texture into what can sometimes be considered a bland protein. Combining spinach, red onion, and feta with ground turkey results in a perfect harmony of ingredients. When seasoned with Mediterranean spices and topped with tzatziki sauce, you'll experience a flavor profile that's truly unmatched. These burgers can be enjoyed without a bun or served on a hearty one, depending on your preference. I particularly enjoy pairing them with lemon garlic fries and even a little extra wilted spinach on the side for a well-rounded meal.
