Ingredients:
- 1 cup large green martini olives, pimento removed
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
Directions:
- Place the blue cheese in a small plastic baggie and cut off the corner to make a piping bag. This makes it easier to stuff the olive.
- Remove the pimento from the olive. Stick the end of the cut baggie into the olive and squeeze in the blue cheese until it’s full.
- Repeat and then store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
